Product Upgrade Policy
To upgrade your audio cassettes and VHS tapes to Compact Disc and DVD formats, the following rules must apply:

 

1. Product upgrades are for full Product Packs ONLY. Individual products are not available for upgrades.
A full Product Pack includes:

  2. All of your existing cassette and VHS products must be returned to our office before your upgraded product pack will be sent to you. All returned products must be in good condition and any missing or destroyed tapes will disqualify you for an upgrade.
  3. Product upgrades are done as "all or none." All audio cassettes must be upgraded to CD and all VHS tapes must be upgraded to DVD. No mixing and matching.
  4. The investment for the full product upgrade will be only $99.95 and will include FREE shipping to anywhere in the United States.
